About the Role

The Company is in need of a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in leading all major financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring compliance in addition to overseeing monthly accounting cycles. A key aspect of the role is to build and refine financial models that evaluate operating costs, investment needs, pricing scenarios, and business performance trends. The Head of Finance will also be tasked with driving spending efficiency, supporting capital-raising initiatives, and managing relationships with financial institutions, legal partners, and regulatory bodies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an advanced degree such as an MBA or a master’s in finance. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience is required, particularly in corporate, operational, or analytical settings. The ideal candidate will have a background in complex, operations-heavy, or capital-intensive environments, and be adept at adapting to fast-changing organizational needs. Strong communication skills across technical, operational, and executive teams are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in high-growth or venture-backed companies, as well as a solid understanding of financial concepts related to production and strong analytical skills, are also key qualifications for this role.
