Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative interacts directly with customers to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times 2. Issue Resolution Handle complaints and troubleshoot customer problems Provide timely and effective solutions Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department 3. Product & Service Knowledge Stay updated on company offerings and policies Educate customers on how to use products or services Provide recommendations when appropriate 6. Customer Satisfaction & Retention Build positive relationships with customers Follow up to ensure issues are resolved Contribute to customer loyalty and retention 7.
