INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Pocono Summit, PA | $40K–$50K Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll:

● Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

● Work warm leads provided by the agency

● Conduct insurance consultations and sales presentations

● Quote and sell Auto, Home, Specialty, Life, and other insurance products

● Identify coverage gaps and additional financial service opportunities

● Follow up consistently and confidently close business

● Provide an exceptional client experience

● Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

● Maintain a strong pipeline and work toward daily and monthly performance goals

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED:

Active Property Casualty Insurance License

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

● Has 1–6 years of sales, insurance, telemarketing, or client-facing experience

● Is comfortable making up to 100 outbound calls per day using warm leads provided

● Has a proven history of meeting or exceeding goals

● Is competitive and motivated by results

● Has strong verbal, written, and listening skills

● Is highly coachable and willing to continuously improve

● Takes accountability instead of making excuses

● Is intrinsically motivated — you don't need someone standing over you to perform
