FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME)

Overview We have an opening for full-time Floor Technician positions. Location: 23700 West Bluff Road, Channahon, IL 60410. Online applications accepted only. Schedule Full-time schedule. Sunday through Wednesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm or 4:30pm - 6:00am. More details during interview. Responsibilities Floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment. Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and perform stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment and use automated equipment for large areas. Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types. Other duties as assigned by manager. Qualifications Prior floor tech experience is required; experience with Scrubers t-16, t-7, t-300, and t-500 is preferred. Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques; ability to follow safety procedures. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
