Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist with daily food preparation and ingredient setup
• Follow recipes and procedures to prepare dishes
• Work Grill and Assemble meals with consistency and attention to detail
• Work fryer stations and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation and proper food handling procedures
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with dishwashing, cleaning fryers and grill, and proper waste disposal

Qualifications: 

• Previous experience (minimum one year) in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to multitask 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions 
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up  to 40 pounds
