This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a principled, performance-obsessed marketer with deep META expertise and a background in direct-to-consumer brands. You'll engineer winning strategies, transform complex data into decisive action, and directly influence results for category-defining brands. D2C / E-commerce background — you understand the unique dynamics of direct-to-consumer brands. META media buying expertise that sets you apart from your peers. Absolute spreadsheet mastery — advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights. Proven track record of solving complex challenges independently. Confident presenter — ability to command a room during high-stakes client presentations.
