The Basics Location: West Valley City, UT 84120 Salary + Bonus Potential: $39,000 - $53,640 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) plus $2,500 bilingual stipend Reporting directly to: Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Part of an innovative and award-winning team, your day-to-day responsibilities include: Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care. Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real-time data to drive positive patient outcomes and understand your impact on the patients you serve. The Right Fit Our most successful clinicians possess: Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) with an active license in good standing in your state; must be bilingual Spanish/English.
