Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid 3/2 Compensation: $100k- $120k Schedule: M-F What’s in it for you? Strategic Impact: Play a critical role in driving forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain performance Cross-Functional Visibility: Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership to influence key business decisions Growth Opportunity: Join an organization focused on continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence What will your day look like? Demand Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across multiple product lines and customer channels using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights Data Analysis & Planning: Analyze forecast performance, identify demand drivers, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to improve accuracy and inventory performance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead demand review discussions, support S&OP activities, and work closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align inventory and production plans with customer demand Who are you? Analytical Professional: 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, supply chain planning, or a related discipline Technical Expert: Advanced Excel skills with experience utilizing ERP systems and planning platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or similar tools Collaborative Business Partner: Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, present data-driven insights, and drive alignment across multiple functions Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, or related industries Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools Key Areas of Success Inventory Optimization Demand Plan Adherence #J-18808-Ljbffr
