Business Systems Analyst

Owning the daily maintenance and configuration of the Go-to-Market systems, the full-time remote Business Systems Analyst will manage CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in their operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day health of core Go-to-Market platforms, including configuration, user permissions, and workflow automation Maintain data flows across the Go-to-Market toolset, ensuring reliability and accuracy of information transfer between systems Enforce data governance standards for quality and deduplication to support accurate revenue reporting and forecasting Required qualifications Advanced proficiency in CRM administration, with Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools 2-4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations Strong analytical skills for diagnosing data discrepancies and presenting findings clearly
