We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled professional to help advance our data products, reporting capabilities, and data-driven decision-making across Procurement.This individual contributor role will own the design, development, and optimization of procurement analytics solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across sourcing, category management, technology, and leadership teams to deliver scalable data products, actionable insights, and self-service reporting capabilities that drive business value.What You'll DoData Product Development & OwnershipDesign, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data products that support procurement leadership and business partnersDevelop scalable, analytics-ready data sources and reporting solutions that are accurate, performant, and sustainableManage data products throughout their lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancementSupport Tableau Server administration, governance, and reporting best practicesIdentify opportunities to improve existing analytics solutions based on business needs and user feedbackAnalytics & Insight DeliveryPerform analysis across procurement functions including spend, sourcing, supplier performance, contracts, and accounts payableTranslate complex data into clear insights and actionable business recommendationsDrive adoption of self-service analytics by helping stakeholders leverage data to make informed decisionsEvaluate opportunities to apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve business outcomesStakeholder PartnershipPartner with procurement leaders and cross-functional teams to understand priorities and develop impactful analytics solutionsPresent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizationServe as a subject matter expert in analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-makingInfluence adoption of analytics tools and best practices across a highly matrixed organizationRequired QualificationsLocated in Hartford or Woonsocket area to be onsite 2 days a week.Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related rolesBasic Tableau skills, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, and parameter-driven dashboardsSQL skills with experience querying and optimizing large datasets in cloud-based environmentsExperience independently owning analytics solutions from development through deliveryPreferred QualificationsExperience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse technologiesExcellent data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive adoption without direct management authorityExperience with Python, R, machine learning, or advanced analytics techniquesExperience with Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau Prep, or similar data preparation toolsFamiliarity with AI concepts and business applicationsExperience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, or related enterprise systemsProcurement, sourcing, supply chain, or finance experience preferredThis role hybrid role does not support sponsorshipAnticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00Our people fuel our future.
