7AM - 3PM
1PM - 9PM

Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Concierge:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
Manage front desk operations, including mail sorting and visitor logs
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
Qualifications for a Receptionist/Concierge:
Genuine interest in working with the senior population
Previous front desk, receptionist, or concierge experience preferred
Positive and professional demeanor
Dependable and serious about long-term employment
