• 7 on / 7 off schedule -- onsite 8 am - 5 pm for rounding
• Overnight telephone call: 5 pm - 8 am
• Average census of 12 patients per rotation
• Inpatient psychiatric unit -- busy, fast-paced environment
• Treats child, adolescent, and adult psychiatric populations
