Job Description They develop and lead a high performing team, that delivers certainty into production through maintained workmanship standards and sustained feedback and training. Scrap, MRB, non-conformance, and in-process correction is monitored. Trends are reported. Problem areas are targeted and appropriate action is taken to ensure production goals are met. Risk to customer, product, schedule, or supply chain are escalated into Quality and Operations leadership. Customer complaints, corrective actions, improvement opportunities, and complex problem-solving activities are lead. Quality standards and processes are standardized across Value Streams.
