Receiving Associate

Location: Linden, NJ / Relocating to East Windsor, NJ, USA. On site 5 days a week. Location & Facility Transition. This position is currently based at our Linden, NJ facility and will be relocating to our new East Windsor, NJ facility. Candidates must be able to work in Linden during the transition and remain with the company through the move. Overview Responsible for HAN inventory control, storage, location and distribution to support manufacturing. Coordinate material movement with Purchasing, Quality Inspection, and Warehouse teams to ensure materials are received, inspected, and directed to the correct vendor, internal manufacturing operation, or assembly process while maintaining inventory accuracy and production timelines. Duties & Responsibilities Receive, route, ship & inspect parts for accuracy and count as assigned by foreman in conformance with P.O. Keep warehouse and storeroom organized, neat and clean such that parts can be easily located by qualified authorized warehouse personnel Locate and stage parts for finishing kit as assigned by foreman. Kit must be completed, inspected before being released for manufacture per production schedule and/or as assigned by foreman Work closely with foreman, qc, parts prep, and other departments to ensure timely kit delivery Scanning shipping and receiving documents Serve as backup for Warehouse Coordinators, Main Warehouse and Storeroom Adherence to HAN technical, quality, safety and conduct policies 'Pick and pack' spare parts orders Operate Forklift, Hoists and Pallet Jacks Other duties as assigned by foreman To comply with US export control laws, applicants must be a US person (as defined by 22 C.F.R. & 120.62.)
