Senior Director of Employee Communications

Leading the employee communications strategy, the full-time remote Senior Director of Employee Communications will define frameworks, partner with senior leaders, and oversee large-scale internal communications to keep approximately 8,000 employees informed and engaged during a pivotal growth phase. Key responsibilities Define and implement Zillow's employee communications strategy for a distributed workforce Partner with senior leaders to ensure clear and authentic communication through ghostwriting, coaching, and advising Lead communications for company all-hands and significant internal events in collaboration with Legal, HR, and Finance Required qualifications 12+ years in communications with significant experience in internal or employee communications 4+ years of experience managing people leaders Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field Proven ability to navigate change communications with precision and empathy Experience working directly with senior leaders on sensitive messaging
