Job Summary We are currently looking for a Semi‑Truck Driver to support our operations in Quincy, WA. The driver will operate gasoline and/or diesel‑powered tractor‑trailer combinations to transport and deliver crude from the quarry to the plant and waste material from the plant to the quarry. Key Responsibilities Conduct a pre‑trip inspection and submit a report indicating truck condition. Drive truck to destination. Load truck with a front‑end loader. Unload truck at plant site. Haul waste as directed. Perform minor maintenance such as changing flat tires and adjusting brakes. Drive water truck. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one (1) year of semi‑truck driving experience. Valid Driver’s License with a CDL; tanker endorsement preferred. Standard First Aid card and adult CPR card preferred. Ability to operate a front‑end loader. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Basic arithmetic skills: add, subtract two‑digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform operations using units of weight, volume, and distance. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Compensation $34.08 per hour plus quarterly manufacturing incentive bonus. Benefits Teamster pension, medical, dental and more. Position Type Full time and Permanent.
