Process Engineer

responsibilities:

Provide hands-on engineering support on the manufacturing floor to rapidly troubleshoot equipment, product, process, and operational issues.
Analyze data and observations to perform robust root cause analysis and identify key continuous improvement opportunities.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to actively enhance product quality, equipment uptime, throughput, and process stability.
Support equipment start-up, commissioning, qualification, and process optimization while collaborating daily with cross-functional teams.
Maintain technical documentation, standard work procedures, and clear communication of findings while championing safe work practices.
