What You’ll Do: Oversee day-to-day inpatient pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff Forecast medication needs and manage inventory to support smooth, cost-effective operations Contribute as a practicing pharmacist when needed to maintain departmental coverage Drive pharmacy practice enhancements that improve patient satisfaction and health outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategies that support safety, education, and revenue growth What We’re Looking For: Pharmacy degree required (BS Pharm minimum; PharmD preferred) 2+ years of pharmacist experience required 5+ years preferred, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role Wisconsin Pharmacist License (or eligibility—must be obtained within 3 months of hire) Strong communication, team leadership, and decision-making skills A passion for operational improvement and innovation in clinical pharmacy Annual salary: $138,165 – $193,431, commensurate with experience Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus Supportive leadership and access to development pathways Why This Role?
