Overview Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for Boston's residents by partnering with various organizations to offer a wide range of comprehensive programs and activities, tailored to meet neighborhood needs and interests. These programs include after-school activities, computer labs, teen centers, and summer programs, all available at one or more of our BCYF community centers, in addition to many other amenities. This is why over 60,000 Boston residents visit our facilities each year. Key Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and monitor young campers Lead recreational and educational activities Ensure the safety of all campers Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use Continuously monitor campers' well-being The Ideal Candidate for this Job Punctual and ready to work Enthusiastic with a positive attitude Serve as a role model Able to work well as part of a team Creative and resourceful Passionate about working with children #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Boston
