Your Responsibilities Include

• Performing thorough patient assessments, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic health issues, working closely with physicians or independently as permitted
• Educating and empowering patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management
• Prescribing medications and therapeutic solutions as per your professional standards
• Engaging in follow-up care and chronic disease management
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent in your specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or a commitment to obtain within 90 days)
