Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations. Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication. Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies. Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed.
