Earning Potential Skilled Nursing Facilities | Flexible Weekdays | Shoreline & Central Connecticut Elizabeth Banzhaf, LPN Co-Founder & COO Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to provide specialized wound care across an established network of skilled nursing facilities throughout Shoreline and Central Connecticut. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call and requires independent practice across multiple facilities.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary Starting At $135,000
• Bi-Weekly Productivity Bonuses

ROLE

• Build Long-Term Relationships With Patients And Facilities
• Work Alongside Experienced Clinical Teams
• Document Care Using DocNow EMR

REQUIREMENTS

• DDS Or DMD REQUIRED
