Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims. Conduct client intakes, case evaluations, and investigations. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel. Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings. Prepare and try cases before judges and juries, as needed. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
