Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology

Schedule: 12 HR Rotating Shifts

Assignment Details:
- Contract Weeks: 16
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Active/unencumbered RN license required; license pending status or 'willing to apply' will not be considered
- BLS (HCP) and Chemotherapy certification required
- Two (2) or more years of staff RN experience in inpatient oncology required (not including travel assignments)
- Inpatient chemotherapy administration experience required
- OCN, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications strongly desired

Compliance / Notes:
- All elements of compliance must be met and uploaded 10 or more days in advance of the start date. Failure to meet compliance deadline will result in a delay of the start date or cancellation of contract.
- Local candidates are encouraged to apply, however, traveler contracts are not available for local residents.
- 48-hour contract available if desired.
- Previous travelers preferred.
- A current NURSYS report is required for all submissions.
- If RN is not needed on their unit or a similar unit, they will be assigned to assist in a different capacity.
