Registered Professional Land Surveyor

A growing surveying and engineering firm is seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to support a variety of survey projects in Dallas. This role will focus on project oversight, survey review, coordination with field and office staff, and delivering high-quality survey products for clients across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and comfortable managing projects from initial scope through final deliverables. Responsibilities Manage and oversee survey projects from start to finish Review and certify survey deliverables Coordinate with field crews, CAD technicians, and project managers Support boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and land development surveys Review plats, easements, title commitments, and legal descriptions Perform QA/QC on survey data and final drawings Maintain project schedules and client communication Ensure compliance with Texas surveying regulations and company standards Assist with mentoring junior survey staff as needed Qualifications Active Texas RPLS license required 3+ years of experience as an RPLS or Project Surveyor Strong understanding of Texas land surveying practices and regulations Experience with Civil 3D and survey-related software Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Experience coordinating with both field and office teams Preferred Experience Land development survey experience Commercial and residential project experience Construction staking and as-built survey experience Leadership or mentoring experience Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution PTO and paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Office-based role in Dallas Collaborative and team-oriented culture Opportunity to work on diverse and growing projects throughout the DFW market #J-18808-Ljbffr
