Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Time management skills Positive attitude Strong work ethic Good attendance Description: This position requires an RN specializing in Med/Surg. The shift starts at 18:45 and runs until 07:15. The unit features a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of 6:1. Bedside shift report is required. Candidates should possess strong time management skills and a positive attitude. The ideal applicant has experience in Med/Surg and post-operative care. A strong work ethic and regular attendance are essential for success in this role. Navy scrubs are the required attire. Long nails, gel nails, wrapped nails, dipped nails, or any fake nails are not permitted. Quick thinking and confidence are important personality traits for this role. The position will involve working with a variety of surgical patients.
