Core Responsibilities:

\n
• Conduct holistic evaluations of neurologic symptoms, assessing physical, cognitive, sensory, mental, emotional, and social well-being in patients.
\n
• Diagnose, treat, and manage common acute and chronic neurologic conditions.
\n
• Carefully monitor prescriptions, manage potential drug interactions, and tailor regimens based on seizure thresholds, comorbidities, and cognitive status.
\n
• Collaborate with nurses, APPs, physical/occupational therapists, psychiatrists, and other specialists for integrated care, including timely referrals for complex cases requiring subspecialty expertise.
\n
• Offer tailored neurologic health screenings and preventive counseling for lifestyle factors.
\n
• Assess neurologic-related daily functioning, recommend assistive devices, and advise on safety.
\n
• Explain neurologic conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies in clear, understandable ways.
\n

Qualifications and Experience:

\n
• Board Eligible/Board Certified Physician in Neurology   
\n
• Experience serving as a collaborating physician with Advance Practice Providers
\n

Location:

• This is a full-time position located within a hospital-attached clinic in Rolla, Missouri.
\n
