The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager.Job DescriptionPrimary ResponsibilitiesThis position is a member of the Manufacturing Engineering Department with tasks that require a motivated individual who has knowledge and experience of manufacturing engineering requirements. The expectations for this position are that the individual uses their training, education, and experience to support the business through process improvements, cost savings initiatives, and everyday production needs with a limited amount of guidance and direction. The position requires the individual have experience in the workings of an industrial plant and they have the interpersonal skills to deal with all different types of situations and individuals. This position requires a person to be able to work in a team environment, be able to multi-task, and handle difficult manufacturing problems.
