This person will play a key role in supporting new business pursuits by developing pricing strategies and cost proposals for federal contract opportunities. They will work closely with business development, capture, proposal, and program teams to create competitive, compliant, and profitable bids. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP requirements, developing labor and cost estimates, conducting Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis, building pricing models, and supporting proposal submissions. The ideal candidate will have experience with government contracting, strong financial and analytical skills, and an understanding of FAR and CAS regulations. This is a fully onsite position with significant visibility to leadership and a direct impact on business growth efforts.
