We're searching for a compassionate and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our team and help guide little learners (ages 18 months to 3 years) through their early developmental milestones. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities Supervising children and ensuring their safety at all times. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Following our center's curriculum and daily schedule to create a consistent learning environment. Planning and leading age-appropriate activities that promote development and curiosity. Assisting with meals, diapering, toilet learning, naps, and hygiene routines. Communicating professionally and warmly with parents and fellow staff members. Keeping accurate and up-to-date classroom records. Adhering to licensing, health, and safety regulations. Attending required meetings and training sessions to stay informed and grow professionally. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications A high school diploma or GED. To be at least 18 years old. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with toddlers. CPR and First Aid certification (or a willingness to obtain). The ability to meet licensing and background-check requirements. A dependable, patient, and caring attitude, with a team-oriented mindset. The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively supervise children both indoors and outdoors.
