What You'll Do

Responsibilities:
(Other duties may be assigned)

Event Service & Setup:

• Set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and buffet stations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for upcoming events.

Guest Interaction :

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with courtesy.
• Provide menu knowledge and assist guests with dietary preferences when needed.

Operations Support:

• Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate and efficient event execution.
• Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies during events.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.

C lean-Up & Maintenance:

• Clean and reset event spaces post-function.
• Ensure all equipment is returned to storage properly.
• Assist with routine inventory checks of linens, liquor, and banquet supplies.

Additional Duties:

• Assist the Food & Beverage Team in other areas during non-banquet or event periods.
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Ability to remain on one's feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banquet setting, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.

Pay Range: $10.70 - $16.00 per hour
