The successful candidate will work on high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of labor and employment law, and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an employment litigation associate. Must be admitted in California. Proven experience in drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings. Demonstrated ability in drafting and arguing motions. Extensive experience in labor and employment law. Excellent academic credentials. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
