Duties and Responsibilities: Draft complex wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and sophisticated estate planning documents. Manage probate proceedings, trust administration, and fiduciary accountings. Handle contested trusts and estates litigation and tax-related matters. Advise high-net-worth clients on estate planning, tax minimization, and succession strategies. Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates): JD and active NJ bar (NY a plus). 3–8+ years of trusts & estates experience with strong drafting and client counseling skills.
