We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Representative to join a growing team in North Richland Hills . This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full sales cycle while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Manage sales activities including quoting, pricing, and order management.

• Understand product lines and become a subject matter expert to effectively advise customers.

• Communicate clearly with clients regarding order status, shipping timelines, freight, and payment terms .

• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

• Maintain a positive, dependable, and punctual presence in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of verified sales experience , preferably in a fast-paced industry.

• Experience in the fastener and/or construction industry strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of pricing models, quoting, and sales processes .

• Excellent communication skills with strong English grammar required .

• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Professional, positive attitude with strong reliability and work ethic.
