As a Security Officer Full Time in Warrendale, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a financial institution location, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and supporting security-related procedures. Wed 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Thur 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

Fri 01:00 PM - 09:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a front desk location within a financial institution.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control protocols, visitor registration, and credential verification.
• Monitor entry activity, receive and direct visitors, and maintain accurate visitor and package logs in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, communicating relevant information, and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity to Allied Universal supervision and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
