Human Resources ManagerThis role will take ownership of key HR functions — employee relations, policy creation, compliance, performance management, and talent strategy — while partnering closely with leadership to support broader organizational goals.Key responsibilities include:Drive day-to-day HR operations, including compliance oversight, employee relations, performance reviews, and policy administrationServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational growthChampion employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace cultureKeep HR practices aligned with applicable local, state, and federal employment lawsStreamline and improve internal HR systems and processesContribute to recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategiesQualifications include:5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management capacitySolid understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesTrack record of handling confidential matters with discretionProficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systemsBachelor's degree required; PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plusPerks include:High-visibility leadership role on a collaborative teamDirect influence over HR strategy and day-to-day operationsFlexible hybrid scheduleAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
