Manager of Service Delivery at DAVIS Managed Services (DMS) Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Tax Returns Location: Onsite – Weston FL Duration: January 15 – January 30 Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule Some early mornings and evenings based on workload and deadlines Work on MLK Day (Jan 19) Position Overview We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Tax Returns to support high-volume, deadline-driven processing during our quarter/year-end cycle. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with QE Annuals, including processing tax returns and checks Use barcode scanners to log clients into the system Match quarterly returns and checks; audit for accuracy Log off quarterly returns and checks in the system Box and mail tax returns and checks to agencies Flex between teams: Scanning, Shipping, and Quality Control (QC) Required Qualifications Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays during QE/YR-End Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective verbal and written communication skills Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), Windows, and Gmail Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in fast-paced environments (retail or restaurant background is a plus) Self-starter, team player, and adaptable to shifting priorities Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative Industries Human Resources Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Davis Companies by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
