A privately held real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support its growing investor base and capital initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contributing to investor communications, reporting, and relationship management in a highly collaborative environment. The position provides strong visibility and exposure to the full lifecycle of investment operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented culture. Accountabilities Investor Communications & Relationship Management Prepare and distribute investor updates, reports, and other communications Serve as a key contact for investors, ensuring timely and professional responses Maintain consistent outreach and follow-ups to support strong relationships Investor Operations & Reporting Manage investor onboarding workflows, including documentation and tracking Maintain accurate records within investor systems and support reporting needs Assist with capital activity tracking and basic financial analysis Process Management & Execution Oversee internal tracking of investor activity, ensuring accuracy and organization Coordinate logistics for investor initiatives, including events and communications Support improvements to processes and systems to enhance efficiency Cross-Functional Support Partner with senior leadership on reporting materials and presentations Collaborate with internal teams to support investor-related initiatives Assist with strategic projects tied to portfolio performance and investor engagement Background/Qualifications 5+ years of experience in investor relations, financial services, or related roles Strong written communication and attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools Experience with investor platforms or CRM systems preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
