This position is fully remote, offering a flexible work schedule that includes some evening and weekend hours. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, tailoring your approach to meet their unique circumstances.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, clearly defining goals and interventions in collaboration with clients to facilitate their healing journey.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care that aligns with each client's treatment objectives.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing clients with valuable insights and skills to support their mental health.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, developing safety plans to protect clients and address immediate concerns.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and reflective of their treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
