Documentation Coordinator
Location: 1080 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 Pay Rate: $30/hour 1 year contact with potential for extension and/or permanent placement Weekly pay and healthcare benefits
The Opportunity
- Maintain and manage company documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory documentation standards
- Support teams with document organization and archiving
- Coordinate document reviews and updates
- Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality
Who You Are
- 0–5 years of experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of industry best practices
Qualifications
- Experience with document control systems (i.e. SAP, TrackWise, Monday.com)
- A candidate who is computer-savvy, possesses strong attention to detail, and understands databases and computer skills
- A background in regulatory environments, such as pharmaceuticals or diagnostics, is highly preferred
