Who We Seek:

• RN license, active and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years recent OR/Operating Room nursing experience
• Proficient in circulating and/or scrub roles
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking in fast-paced settings
• Excellent communication abilities and patient-centered care approach
• Flexibility and adaptability for a travel/prn assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based patient care throughout the perioperative process
• Circulate and/or scrub for surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia providers
• Monitor patients' status during procedures; promptly address changes or complications
• Maintain operating room sterility, equipment, and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams, patients, and families
• Complete documentation and reports according to policy and regulatory requirements
