Clinical Nurse Liaison

Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse Liaison, you will develop and implement programs to increase awareness of hospice services and establish professional relationships within the community. You will conduct personalized visitations to primary referral sources and interested parties, represent the agency at community events, and generate business from new referral sources. You will identify opportunities for formal or contractual relationships with physicians, organizations, and payers, and work with office staff to ensure successful initiation of new business. Qualifications Hospice admissions experience strongly preferred Valid RN license required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent clinical skills and strong communication abilities Problem‑solving skills and ability to set priorities Act as a liaison to clients to resolve problems Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with the public, field staff, and office staff Pleasant telephone demeanor Outwardly friendly and able to work cooperatively with others Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance Previous healthcare marketing or medical experience preferred Successful completion of a background check Become an expert on Moments Hospice services to communicate effectively with providers Work in partnership with business development and clinical leadership to develop a business‑plan strategy Knowledge of hospice and Medicare preferred Benefits Competitive salary Company car with fuel and insurance covered Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off that accrues immediately 401(k) with company matching Job Type On the road #J-18808-Ljbffr
