A degree in landscape architecture, architecture, or a related design discipline. Strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings, graphics, models, and presentations. Experience contributing to projects from schematic design through design development, construction documentation, and implementation. Working knowledge of grading, construction detailing, materials, and site design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Interest in hands‑on design work, including sketching, field observation, construction administration, and planting design. Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative studio environment on a wide range of project types. Experience in one or more of the following areas is especially helpful: Urban rooftops, terraces, or private gardens. Hospitality, institutional, or small‑scale commercial projects. High‑end residential design. Planting design and plant material selection. Hand rendering, digital rendering, or advanced visualization. Rhino, Lumion, D5, or other 3D modeling/rendering platforms.
