Job Description:
Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit, responsible for providing critical monitoring and care for patients with severe medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and monitoring for patients in the Telemetry unit.
- Float to similar units as required.
- Comply with all facility policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Requirements:
- Active IL RN license
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of recent experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Completion of at least one travel contract
