• Number of Beds - 191
• Number of Staff – Days – 8 FT staff; 4 Level 1 PRN; Nights – 10 FT staff
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 Supervisor; 3 staff
  • Night Shift - 1 Supervisor; 3 staff
• Patient Ratios –
• Type of equipment - Servo I; Servo U; V60; Hamilton C-1; Airvo; Volara; Vest
• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Able to work with critical care level patients independently
• Able to triage levels of care as will cover multiple ranges of floors

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Level 3 NICU experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Neb treatments, vent checks, BiPap checks, ABG draws, intubation assist, extubation, bronch assist, PEP therapy, run lactic, EKG, patient assessment

Best personality Fit:

• Team player, willing to help with needed; kind; compassionate

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• ALS, PALS, NRP

Floating Area(s):

• Needed for ICU, PCU, ED & floors

Dress Code :

• Scrub Color/Attire - Black

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Rotating Weekend
