Reach Forklift Operator - Newnan, GA
PrideStaff is currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Reach Forklift Operator on behalf of a premier technology distribution company located in Newnan, GA . If you have reach truck experience and are looking for a fast-paced warehouse opportunity with the potential for long-term growth, we want to hear from you!
Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour
Available Shifts:
* 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
* 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a reach forklift/reach truck to move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse.
* Load, unload, stack, and stage products in designated warehouse locations.
* Accurately place and retrieve inventory from warehouse racking.
* Assist with receiving, replenishment, order fulfillment, and inventory movement as needed.
* Verify product quantities and locations to help maintain inventory accuracy.
* Perform routine equipment and safety checks before operating the forklift.
* Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience: Previous reach forklift/reach truck experience required ; warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
* Equipment Skills: Must be comfortable maneuvering a reach truck in warehouse aisles and safely placing and retrieving inventory from racking.
* Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35-50 lbs. throughout the shift as needed.
* Safety: Strong commitment to safe equipment operation and warehouse procedures.
* Skills: Dependable attendance, attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Pre-Employment: Must be willing to complete a standard background check, drug screen, and E-Verify process .
