Enterprise PMO Director — Remote & AI-Driven Delivery

Kind Lending is seeking a seasoned Director, Enterprise PMO to lead the enterprise project management function and a team of Project Managers. The role blends portfolio governance with hands-on delivery, reporting to the Chief of Staff, and involves scaling processes, governance, and execution across the EPMO.

Location: Office (Irvine, CA) or remote opportunity. You will mentor PMs, partner with business and technology teams, and drive efficiency using AI-enabled workflows while maintaining high
