Head of FP&A, Real Estate REIT Strategy & Growth
Blue Owl Capital
Blue Owl Capital, a leading asset manager, seeks a seasoned Head of FP&A for its REIT to build and lead the FP&A function. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis, and partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions.
You will develop complex models, monitor performance, and deliver reporting for executives and boards, with a focus on NOI/FFO/AFFO, leverage, and capital structure. A strong leadership and clear communication style is essential.
