Retail Assistant Store Manager, Sandro (Beverly Drive) Location: Beverly Hills, California As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll lead a team to deliver an elevated client experience and drive sales at the Sandro boutique on Beverly Drive. You’ll manage day‑to‑day store operations, coach associates, maintain visual standards, and support the Store Manager. Responsibilities Exemplify client service and act as the boutique’s primary host. Provide personalized shopping experience to each client. Use selling tools to enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Drive at least 20% of the monthly sales plan through individual sales performance. Mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs. Observe and give feedback on client engagement, conversion rates, and styling techniques. Deliver comprehensive training for new hires and facilitate ongoing product knowledge sessions. Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Act as Manager on Duty, resolving client concerns with a solution‑driven mindset. Support visual merchandising initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Maintain a visually appealing boutique reflecting the brand’s aesthetic and standards. Qualifications 2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a client‑focused retail environment. Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional service. Strong communicator with natural coaching ability. Problem‑solver with a track record of setting and achieving goals. Team‑oriented leader who fosters a positive and motivating workplace. Resourceful in building client relationships and attracting new talent.
