Job Summary One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Escrow Officer to manage residential real estate escrow transactions from opening through closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of escrow procedures, title processing, and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate professionals. Job Title: Escrow Officer Location: Southlake, TX (Onsite) Key Responsibilities Manage residential escrow transactions from initiation through closing. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and escrow procedures. Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, closing disclosures, title commitments, and related closing documents. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal teams to facilitate successful closings. Research property titles and resolve title-related issues or discrepancies. Identify and resolve transaction issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws. Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and assist in business development. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuing education. Qualification 3-20 years as an Escrow Officer, with existing book of business Proficiency in TLTA guidelines and title processing procedures. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate calculations related to transactions. Excellent typing skills with proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
